Winter touring without suffering
Condensation, heating, water systems and choosing sites that stay open.

Winter travel fails for three reasons: cold, damp and closed facilities. All three are solvable before you leave.
Condensation is a ventilation problem disguised as an insulation problem. Cook outside where you can, crack a roof vent, and run the heater on low continuously rather than in bursts.
Water is the other trap. Drain down if temperatures will drop below freezing overnight and you are not running heating, or lag exposed pipework properly.
Then book sites that stay open. A quarter of British campsites close from November; the ones that don't tend to have heated blocks and hardstanding, which is exactly what you want.
